Chris Martin yellow cards

Am I correct that Martins yellow against Donny took him to 9 , if so what's the scenario at this stage of the season . Will another give him a one or two game ban and if so should he take one for the team so he doesn't miss any playoff games .

Yellow cards do not count towards suspensions now(unless get 2 in same game). Second weekend in april was cut off point.
