Think Duggys presence back in the team has helped us. you can tell how much he loves Crewe I was made up for him when he scored it really lifted the team well done lads.

Agreed.
He *is* Crewe through and through, and would make an excellent skipper, especially if Toots does go.
Trouble is, we have 3 centre halves who can do a job, (Ellis the best of the 3 IMO), and I doubt we would play them all that often.
Interesting conundrum.

Nice touch as well when he brought his baby son on to join the post-match!
