Crikey talk about fickle. I've always found Brighton fans really friendly and affable. Surely they realise they've still got a great chance of going through?Originally Posted by AngryRam

It's sort of understandable if they were 4-0 down, but why would you do that? They could potentially miss out on one of the greatest moments they've seen as a Brighton fan if they turn it around dramatically...
Does this mean that they're the sort of fans that are only going to go to an away if they know Brighton will win?![]()
thats mental, they have eevry chance of turning this around still
Tinpot club tinpot fans. They're fickle as **** anyway.:/
On the topic of returning tickets, did anyone see the story about the City fan that put his season ticket card on eBay after the Villa game. Starting price was A?950 with a buy it now price of A?3500. So he wanted up to A?3500 for someone to watch one game where City just need a point to win the title.
The reason he gave for selling it was that "he was away" and the card is no longer on eBay. Not sure if it was sold by someone buying it now or whether he took it down.
they're not proper football fans. just along for the ride of a new stadium and decent side. they'll fall away soon enough.
what gave it away? the fact that there was literally hundreds streaming out on 87 minutes - yes 87! at 1-2 with them pressing. in the play offs!
that's the worst show of support (or lack of) in a long time.
Fair point although Wigan might challenge them with 14560 in attendance for the first leg! It would be interesting to see their average attendance has been this season!Originally Posted by Rapid

It's hardly surprising about Wigan. They're main sport is rugby and their brand of football is shocking. Would you pay to watch that, be it in the prem or the championship? This may get a few double takes, but I'd rather QPR go up than Wigan.

their average attendance is better than ours but there's more to good support than just showing up. you've got to stick with you team, not walk out that early in a tight play off game.
