    Have you guys ever seen a flock of ducks flying in perfect formation? Its beautiful. Pretty awesome the way they all stick together. Ducks never say die. Ever seen a duck fight? No way. Why?     Wonder if Steve has got one of these 'Mike Bassett style' half time speeches in his locker? Maybe this is how he approached that first ever half time team talk against Ipswich? - view external link

    Absolute class. I did use to have a Sunday League Manager like that when I played in Sheffield. We did win the league but it was nothing to do with him.
