Tried phoning most of the day yesterday..all i got was music...Answer the phone FFS..
When I went in all the computers were down and customers were being dealt with manually. I imagine they couldn't do phone transactions without working computers.
Perhaps should have put a message on answer phone.

I gave up with the online application. Awful system that's not been designed or tested properly and hasn't been populated with the correct data. Half my details were wrong, wouldn't give an option about where to sit so wouldn't get the same seats as last year. Didn't even have details of my PST membership. A mess.

The computers were only supposed to be down last Thursday and Friday. Nothing changes there then Glad I went down there last Friday in person and so pleased you have renewed Adder
