Got mine started ringing at 8.40 and they answered at 9.15

got me sorted around 9:15 too.
a tip for anyone still to get on. once you're on DO NOT fanny about. in about 30 seconds of me doing it about 8 blocks had disappeared. they're going like hot cakes.

That website is annoying as **** so I decided to closed it and went back and pressed book now hold it for 5secs then got through, got you ticket OTR.
Its strange that it don't rescognised your customer number or email to log on though :/

Much easier than I thought. Took a while to get through but once I got in it was nice and smooth ... saucy !
