    Same here Ramondo.

Live and worked there on and off for several years - hate the place.

Stanley's posts seems pretty intelligent so far though (for a moron).

Careful, that fella's a genius. Don't get into banter with him (or her.. or it), he'll twist you in knots with his razor sharp reasoning.

I realize your upset but what would you prefer...you have the capital stadium in the capital city matey

Maybe a field in the yorkshire dales would be easier for you to get there...or the field at the bottom of your street perhaps...the fact its built up is coz it is the busiest city by far in Britain if not Europe...can tell you visit a lot lol

    I don't.

London is the capital, it should be somewhere the country is proud of. It gets more money and investment than anywhere else.

Every time I go there I think the same thing... "What a **** hole'.

And I even lived there for 18 months. Never again.[/quote]

Dont wanna get involved in this but I live in London too and how you can compare Derby to London is beyond anyone...unless you want a field an a local pint

Of course London has areas worse than others ...doesnt Derby...or is it all bad

It should have been built in the midlands, but we can't have the Londoners having to travel can we.

Left Edinburgh airport at 8.15am and was supping beer in Baker street by 10.35. If you're going to London use the tube/train!

I know Derby isn't great. Nothing personal but I hate London. It's a horrible place, it has a horrible atmosphere, it's filthy. It's a dump.

The history is there, the fabulous theatre life. Beyond that it is one of the worst places. The congestio

I had to go down there once a month and stay over for meetings for 10 years. The worst time of my working career.
Dirty/noisy/crowded/claustrophobic and left you with a dirty feeling and alien stain on your soul.
They should brick the place in and let it rot in it's own juices. Horrible place and probably as close an experience I could come to, if I was dangling my nuts in a piranha tank.
