    I wonder how improved the second offer was?

    The guy is worth 3-4 million, maybe a hell of a lot more if we got promoted at the end of next season.

    If we keep the saga going, someone like Burnley might ring West Brom and say your price.

    Snap him up!

    Just over £1m apparently...

    Such a slight increase in fee may suggest we're not far from WBA's demands? Just a thought :-)

    1.5 to 2 million is what we bid?

    That is a good offer if so, I think 2 million rising to 2.5 will get him.

    I wish you luck, but this is WBA. They won't give him away for that, when they know already how much you want him.

    Can't help but think we're getting there and that WBA are giving us a line to continue the chase..
    IF WBA were demanding THAT much more, surely our 2nd bid would have been a bit greater..?
    Then again.. We do have shrewd businessmen ourselves!
