Lowe should just be played in his best position whihc is right back. He did well there second half.

Baptiste looked more at home as a centre half.

Not going to improve much on last season with Williamson in midfield. That really doe s show our lack of resources in that area of the pitch.

Thats our problem ..huge squad but the players lack quality ..
Our first eleven looks great ..but my worry is ..injuries/substitutions ..the players coming in lack the quality and we suddenly look a very ordinary team

Thats when GB makes substitutions ..last season he was nailed on to make the wrong ones on the 70 minute mark ..last night he seems to be doing the opposite and reluctant to make any changes ..

Cardiff were there for the taking in the last 20 mins ..again ..if we ve aspirations to get out of this league ..we need to be killing games like last night ..Cardiff had nothing in the second half ..

Just to drag this out a little longer ;
On the subject of 'whose man' was KJ at that important moment, Baptiste was at his 'secondary' position, as was Lowey.
I think we all (cept JR12 ) can agree on this.

My own personal view is that given these two being in their better positions I am fairly sure KJ would not have got that free header.

But we would be better with Lowe at right back and Cairny and Evans in the middle, you know we'd play phucking fast and furious, exciting football with those two in the middle and score a few. OK, we'd conceed a few as well, but would score more. Basic, go and outscore the oppostion tactics. A team with a shout and going for it can play that game. Teams looking to survive shouldn't. Right tactics for the right time. Right now it's time to entertain and go for it.[/quote]
