    I have been told by a certain rodent that it does not matter how many points we get against non top 6 teams because the only measure of a top manager is how well we do against the top 6 teams. So I am going today relaxed that the score does not matter.

    No other statistics like goals scored or points per game or increasing season ticket sales/crowd statistics or players coming ''because of Steve McClaren'' will convince me that Sam and the Derby board are anything more than proving PR.. wrong.

    They were joint top when we played them so that's one team we've beaten in the top six!

    Game panned out pretty much as i thought it would, some last ditch defending on our part kept the 3 pts - we will get better, though defence stills seems a bit shaky - impressed with Christie though.
