Allardyce to Crystal Palace?

Some journo reported on the radio that Crystal Palace have a shortlist of potential managers they want to speak to and one of them is Sam Allardyce.

Sam will be seen as an ideal option because of his record at keeping teams safe.

I personally dont think anything will come of it but if true it would be the ideal solution for all concerned. We would get shot of Allardyce, he would still remain a prem manager and Sullivan and West Ham would actually get some money in rather than having to pay him off.


Oh please please Palace make an aproach for him. PLEASE!!!

Like you i think it is one of the main reasons why Palace wont go for him.

But with that being said surely if Sam wants to continue as a top flight manager after his time with West Ham comes to an end he would have to lower his wage demands.

Bet even he could not believe how much Sugo offered him for the West Ham job.

If Palace were to make a play for him and he wanted it then they would have to pay us some compo.

Sullivan might even say keep it, just take him off us. (Most likely not though)

Now that would be bad business practice imo. They know we all, well most of us, want him gone, so why tempt fate for the sake of a little compo. After all if he gets fired wed be the ones paying out.

What part do you find hard to grasp btw, the fact that Sam may amazingly be wanted by another club? or the fact that Sam actually may want to join another club?


Or are you saying i made it up? If so why the fck would i make it up and them go onto say i dont think it would happen. What would be the point.

Perhaps the guy on the radio made it up, ring them up and ask them if you like.
