Has this been in the news in the UK?

Last weekend a white copper shoots an unarmed 18 year old black kid, 6 or 7 times.

The kids body is left on the street, his friend tells the gathering crowds that the policeman had told them to 'get the **** out of the road' then shot Michael Brown dead for no reason. Brown was standing with his arms raised when shot, his friend said.

Crowds grow and the mother cries "he was a good boy & going to college", demonstrations turn to riots & the looting of small businesses in the area.

The coppers version is that the kid attacked him, tried to get his gun & rushed him, forcing him to shoot the kid.

Then a video is released of the kid stealing from a shop minutes before the shooting (stole a box of cigars & shoved the tiny shop worker around). His friend is helping him rob the shop.

Then the kids parents (who have hired the same lawyer as Trayvon Martins parents & also have Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton stirring things up) get an autopsy done & the re

Irrespective of whether the police were at fault in this case, there's clearly an underlying social problem.
It very much seems that this incident is acting as a catalyst for the frustration many minorities feel about their treatment by the law and law enforcement.

They are mindful of ricochets,so aim at the centre mass.
