another season and leeds given skys backing

After seeing Leeds dominate sky's coverage of the championship last season I see they have 2 games in 1 week and we are only in August
capital one cup and championship on Saturday it seems no matter how much they are in the mire they are still shone soon as this BIG CLUB.

Thats one reason FFP is a joke! I see Rovers TV revenue is about £5 million down. Why? Because it goes to the same certain clubs. It's the same in the Premier league. It should be spread the same to make FFP fair!!!

the bigger clubs in the championship, get more coverage on sky tv, same as in the premier league, thats how it as been for years.

leeds may not be the most successful club at present.but they are the biggest club outside the premier league, by a country mile.

This is again why ffp is massively unfair clubs get money for tv revenue so the so called bigger clubs will get a bigger cut again it's just designed to protect the Billy big *******s while the smaller clubs can die a slow death
I think the football association should bare in mind that it wouldn't be much of a league if there was only 6 teams.
There is better ways of doing it but I think things will get a lot worse before football's hierarchy wake up and see this is a doomed program.

Sorry bluenik just saw you made the same point.

I think you need to define "biggest" and "country mile"

i do not necessarily agree with it robinrover, and like you say all that will happen is the gap between the bigger and smaller clubs will get wider.

i would say seventytwo that leeds are by some considerable distance the biggest club outside the premier league, there fanbase is huge, hence the reason they are regularly shown on sky tv.

they also have great tradition and history as well. and will appeal to a tv audience as they divide opinion constantly, they are either loved or hated, there is no imbetween with them.

But they weren't the best supported team outside the prem last season and they aren't in the top 40 in the all time league table ... Hence I asked for the definitions.

Without data you are just someone with an opinion.

Outside the Premier League ?..i certainly think Notts Forrest Derby ..and maybe Sheff Wed before Leeds ..these teams have competition for fanbases too unlike Leeds ..
