I hope so pat!
Every game is a test so early on, as we don't know who the big teams will be this year.
However, the fact they kept a clean sheet against Cardiff, plus their other results would mean a win for us would look very promising!!

A very tough game I would like to think we will get a point but the championship is a very hard league where the results can be inconsistent
I am wavering between a 2-1 loss and a 2-2 draw
If this is the season for heading back up, We have to go to the Molineux and Attack-attack-attack, if we sit back waiting I fear the worst, Early days make all the difference.
3-1 Blackburn![]()
I predict that we'll go to Wolves on Saturday and either win, lose or draw.![]()
My mate is going, with his lad (who lives down there, but is still a Rover).
So, this suggests to me that we will more than likely lose![]()
At very best a draw I am thinking though.
I predict Steve Bull will score for them.
I'm not sure about "attack, attack, attack." I admit we look more likely to score goals than stop them, but there are some games - and this looks like one - where you have to defend smartly and counter-attack quickly. That doesn't mean defending on the edge of our area, though; it means trying to get tackles in through the midfield and passing accurately, utilising the flanks. I would be reasonably happy, therefore, to see us starting with a five-man midfield, including two wide players - something like:
Marshall/Cairney/Williamson/Evans/Conway (fitness permitting).
Of course, this would mean playing without either Rhodes or Gestede to begin with.
I much prefer 4-4-2, but this looks like a very tricky game to me, and I don't completely trust our defence, especially in the fourth quarter of a game. Nil-nil would be good for the confidence of our defensive players.
(Obviously, nil-two would be even better!)
Wolves are a very confident side at the moment and we are inconsistent albeit we are scoring ok, so based on our last result and the defensive frailties we demonstrated I reckon we'll get turned over 3-1.
2-2 draw ...decent point ..i suppose ..:/
