No wonder people don't believe it when people claim to be in the know. Done deal? Text from a member of the coaching staff? I don't think so.

Erm we all knew days ago we were going to sign him this week. It had been all over the news, but he clearly had not signed when this guy claimed he had.

McClaren said yesterday we were going to have talks last night. It doesn't take inside info to know we were signing him. FFS you guys will fall for anything lol

Officially confirmed now, and within 4 minutes of DCFC breaking the news on twitter, 5 of our players followed him. They must really be lectured on social media things and what not to do to give away information!

    Ibe has tweeted

"Derby it is.." with a picture of him signing. Is it just me or doesn't he sound too keen?

Oh and I've just noticed it's Jordon, not Jordan

Some guy reports something that is all over twitter and picks a day to sign claiming he got a text from a member of coaching staff and you believe him, but when a guy says he has seen Leon Best at Derby before we were even linked with him, he gets shot down.

You guys really need to sign up for twitter, it's very good for getting transfer news.

News now is a pretty good site too.

Funnily enough when people report their in the know stuff on here, you can usually find it on those sites posted about 5 minutes before.

According to parts of the media, he wanted to stay at Liverpool and fight for a place, but Rogers has told him he needs to go on loan.

Yeah that's what I meant by him not sounding too happy to be here. You can't blame him for wanting to fight for a place at Liverpool and maybe that points towards a positive attitude. If he is going to turn into a top player and break into the LFC starting 11 then he needs to come to Derby with a positive attitude and give his all, to improve him as a player, even i

regardless, he was right about the signing. i prefer to see the good in people rather than the bad. right up until a few hours ago ella and RFC were doubting we'd sign him. dunno about the leon best thing?

So who is going to lose their place in the team? Ibe is obviously better than Russell, Ward, Dawkins so who will the wide players end up being? Ibe and?
