Rip Off Air Fares...

Just had Maurice and Su over for the weekend as they had things to do in Norfolk for the past 10 days.

They were looking at air fares to South Africa.

The most direct route for them, Dalaman > Istanbul > George is the most expensive.

The cheapest on the same airline's is Dalaman > Istanbul > Heathrow > George, cheaper by a whopping 50% How the hell do they work that out ? There is no add ons as they have booked it.

Surprised me in Merica also, I wear Levi's, and went into the local Walmart's, could not find them selling Levi's but they sold Wranglers at $17:50, that was 11 pound odd a pair ! So 4 pairs went in the basket.

I wandered over to the electronic area, looking at the new Samsung 5s, a snip at $149, the old Samsung 4 was priced at $99 FFS, I asked the fella if they would work in the UK and he said he wasn't sure, but I was tempted to take a chance, looked on the internet in the store at the time to see if I could find an answer but could not find anything conclusive.

You should know Mike that England is one of the highest taxed countries in the world! Thats why everything especially car fuel is exorbitantly expensive in the UK.
