    Keough gone

No idea of the reliability of the source but just been told by my daughter who is friends with a Burnley employee that Keogh has gone. Sorry if this is BS. Ha! Mispelt his !

Thanks for the info, I hope it is wrong and I think it is wrong.

Radio Derby seem convinced nothing will happen today and that Richard Keogh is expected to stay.

Saying that, if he has just heard Radio Derby he probably drove to Burnley and said on second thoughts.

Keogh can be a bit dodgy at times, but if he goes it will be a big dent in our promotion push.

I like Keogh, he comes out with the ball and can play a bit, but I think Shotton will take his place eventually.

Our major problem is holding midfielder, we need a younger Eustace type, not a ball player, as I have said for years since we lost Seth Johnson. Showed last season how good we are with the right player in that position, unfortunately Eustace is too old. Personally I would play Keogh there. That spanish fella wont make it over here.

    Latest from Sky:

Sky Sports understands Burnley are in talks to sign Manchester United defender Michael Keane.

    Implications for suggested Keogh deal?

Yep, they signed Keane on loan instead.
