    Sunday

So how do we think it's going to pan out on Sunday ?
They have made a great start to the season while we have been rather hit and miss .
Must say I'm slightly concerned about our midfield with Jeff missing , Bryson hasn't started the season well either so him and Will have to be on the top of their game .Shotton to start DM for me , he looks strong and has prem experience .F****t will start fast and hard so we need to match it or we could get blown away early.
    Score draw for me 1-1

I'm also thinking a sneaky 2-0 to The Rams.

Interesting one the DM position. Shotton is somebody who will stick the boot in and be solid, something needed for this type of game.

Having Ward available is ideal, since scoring at Charlton he's looked re*****ised and the 'pain in the ****' Ward we used to know.

Not really seen anything of them this year, but really we're their first proper test. At the top of our game we can beat anybody in this league, we just need to ensure we're up for it and play our own game.

Well I could flip that and say it's your first proper test. You've had 3 home games and two away. In those away games, you've got one point.
Have you seen your next four fixtues?
You'll know by the end of September how good you are.

I think this will be a battle. We could be under the cosh for a fair bit of this match as I can see their wide men having some joy. But if we can hold out we might scrape a draw. I would be delighted with a draw. This could be our toughest game of the season.
On the positive side I think McLaren has the edge as a tactician.

That's true but I think this game will be about motivation as well.

    Motivation vs tactics.

Normally you don't expect the game at lunch to have a lot of goals this early in the season, but I think both teams will score.

Another 5 goal thriller would be a perfect advertisement for the Championship. But not just 1 side doing all the scoring like the last time.
