Well well well! All of a sudden attendances "shhhhh" matter!

You have to laugh at the porks seamless transition of "Attendances don't get you points" and "who gives a shyte about how many were there", to now bigging themselves up because all of a sudden they are getting a decent home following (by their standards).

    Are they serious?
For decades when Wednesday fans have patted themselves on the back for sticking with our club through 14+ years of dross the pork were having none of it, but now all of a sudden it matters!

All I can say is you two faced doubled standard, copying fat shell suit wearing cooooonts!

Where was your support the year you got promoted to the Premier and we struggled in the pub League we still 5hit all over your average support!

I think Sheffields core support is brilliant , I just wish for once the pork would have a bit of class (did I really say that) and stop following what Wednesday have always done. - view external link

Nearly 2000 more home fans against mighty Rochdale than you had against little Forest, when you had the chance of becoming top of the league.

Another attendance thread...And look who makes another appearance...How come you are totally obsessed with how many are at a game Mahat?

Still a league above you after pipping you to promotion after you were miles in front of us...

Ooooooo look its Mamma Fat Hoot again. Bless. He just loves his attendances - occasionally.

He's often quiet - others not. Very selective in his logic and comments re attendances throughout.

The fact is United have a good support. We have a better one home and away - and have more supporters. Enough said.

Occasionally attendances change temporally - but over the years The Owls win in the attendance leagues. Enough said.

    SKT xxxx

PS: I can remember taking my goldfish for a walk one Sunday and stopping to watch 2 teams play on the field. (It may have been a dream thinking on) There were only 8 people watching (including my goldfish)- However, dream or not, I'm sure Mamma Fat Hoot will post on here that United are bigger than bo

Yep, you 'love it' so much that rather than think of a username linked to your own club you decided to make a about how you feel about us.

    OBSESSED.

In the past decade or so we have spent 4 seasons in the division you are currently in. In 3 of those seasons we averaged above 20,000 and also averaged more than you in 3 out of those 4 seasons, even though you were in a higher division for 3 of them.

My honest Indian take on the important and not at all dull attendance/fan debate - of people that consider themselves 'Sheffielders' I'd be very surprised if it wasn't upwards of a 60% following for the BLADES. I won't argue that you aren't MASSIVE in Rotherham and Barnsley though, we're probably doing better in North Derbyshire and Bassettlaw.

Speaking of comedy - Pintthirsty, he doesn't post much these days but when he does it's invariably about UNITED. Gotta love the guy.
