Gutted for the lad. Unfortunately he'll always be injured or going to be injured soon. Got to be cut throat now and not give him a contract when this one is up. Dont make the mistake we have with barker.
I don't think Forest are like that. When a Reading player was injured playing on trial for us pre-season, we looked after him. Psycho said it happened on our patch and during his watch so the club had a duty of care. Remember Brian Clough's career was curtailed by injury,so if Chris Cohen can fulfill some other function in the club then who knows what he can achieve in the future. Also it's always useful to have the likes of John McGovern and Frank Clark batting for you.Originally Posted by triz

Wigley has said Forest will standby him, and he might still have a future in the game. Any idea when his contract is up?
But it's now apparent we will need to get a loan in for the time being with a view to buy in January.
We're still okay in defense, Hobbs should be back soon. We have Lichaj, Mancienne (Capt), Lascelles, Hunt (my pick for the starting line-up until Wilson/Hobbs is match fit)
With Fox, Harding and dare we say it, Collins on standby. Also Halford and Laing.
In midfield, Reid's absence means creativity is down a bit, but we can use pace instead with Pato. We have Pato, Lansbury, Burke and Tesche with Vaughan, Osborn, McLaughlin on standby.
Up front Antonio and Britt, until Fryatt returns. Then Antonio replaces 1 of midfielders.
What about wonderkid from Barcelona and Lars. Isn't it time for them to be given a run, starting with Spurs.
At the moment Pearce still has a lot of options.
Lars must of been well peed off on wed after doing all his warm up stripped off then we scored and then scored again he was told to sit back down.he will get his chance no real rush at the moment with Britt (non 20 goal striker) scoring for fun 8 in 7 games.
Think wiggly said reid will be back in a week and Hobbs is having a scan so Hobbs could be out for two weeks min.i thought and said when he came on that pato was lightweight but he got stuck in on the right helping hunt out so I think he deserves a start and give Burke a rest.burke put us in the crap a few times midweek trying to take players on and failing.im also worried about Antonio burning himself out or getting injured with the amount of times (one for Cornwall ram) he gets tripped up and taken out.
