Next five league games - how many points expected?

Just looking at the next run of games, it struck me we've got a kind set of fixtures where we could really kick on.

I know 'there are no easy games in this league' and 'you don't win promotion in Sept/Oct', but is this the time where we could start a winning streak comparable to last seasons'?

BOLTON (a) - Havn't won there for a while, but they're 21st and have a manager under pressure
BOURNEMOUTH (h) - Were hard to break down last season, but are well out of form
MILLWALL (h) - Did a job on us last season, but still a winnable game
READING (a) - Dispatched last night with relative ease, although both teams made lots of changes
BLACKPOOL (a) - Not wanting to tempt fate, but surely a banker?

Expectations have risen massively and teams are setting up differently against us this year. But still - I'd expect ten points mimimum from those five games at least. Any more advances on that?

we should be looking for at least 11 points but let me warn you, Bournemouth are a very good side and much better than their league position suggests. if they play on the counter attack callum Wilson's pace is frightening. I think that's a really tough game.

I fancy us to beat Bolton on Saturday.

You're right on Bournemouth - colleague who is a Cherry said they've battered teams lately and often scored the first goal, but then capitulated.

indeed. the 6/4 I got with betvictor on them nailing a top half finish is the best bet I've seen this season. It didn't take them long to reduce the odds once I maxed that one out :-)

Bournemouth are a very effective unit, a big test for us, but at home, need to be taking our chances

Milwall...what odds on Holloway having his players cheating as bad as last season? The worst play acting I have seen since I say Chile play England at Wembley back in the late 80s

Be good to get 3pts on road this weekend. No slam dunk tho!
