    Quite a few missing, really. Not least a chunk of the 1952 Cup - winning team! Still a worthwhile source, though.

    Was that before, or after, Banksy lost an eye? Still, good to see he found a new career path ... he's become quite the street graffitti artist ain't he?

    John Goldthorpe was a fine player for the Well!
    Apart his glorious winner past a fully sighted
    Gordon Banks, he scored several important goals from midfield and up front.

    This is a quick reference but misleading as had the compiler made reference to the books on MFC regarding players his list would have been even more extensive and accurate.
    eg Fraser Wishart 7 years broken service but only played 21 games ????
    No mention of Billy & Sammy Reid.
    Many others. Too many to list.
    Do compilers actually get paid for this ?
