works fine if you let the 30 secs go by.
dont click anyhing at all until they have,Then just click the really small x`s (two of them usually hidden somewhere!) and wait about 20 secs.

I don't know how you guys do it.I've tried and been trying to get rid of malware since! It's a bloody nightmare.

ORF , Try using AVG free , and don't click on any of those "you must download this plug in" thing , they are scams .
