As I recall he was on trial (a successful trial with some dcenet pre season displays) with you lot and Laws was keen to sign him, only along came the marquee club and the lure was too great.

As it turned out he wasn't good enough to force his way into the starting 11 on a regular basis and then he suffered his knee injury.

I don't want to talk about injuries too much, might upset the delicate rov and SK. Talking Evans might upset some people as well considering the feelings they've expressed on this board but that doesn't stop you though. I can't even imagine how happy you'd be if we did resign him.
I've played golf a few times with Wednesday fan Ryan France so you can say what yo want on that one.

As for trying to deflect your clubs and fans attitude towards Evans on to my feelings, don't even bother.
I don't want to see the rapist play for any club again. The way you

The way I play golf sometimes I might as well be a caddy!

Phipp's recent interview does not sum up your club's overall handling of the issue, which has overall been embarrassing. The statement made on 18th October to simply state the club haven't offered a rapist a contract yet but are continuing think about it despite having the past 2 and a half years to think about it is a bit embarrassing.
Have the club made any statement in relation to how they view rape and why they would consider employing someone on a healthy contract having been convicted of this crime whilst previously employed by the club?

Good for you winning a few 3rd division matches. You were only runaway favourites t

Lets hope Sam doesn’t overdo that particular vice. He’s so brittle and fragile he’s likely to break his wrist and snap his c0ck off.
His latest predictable injury couldn’t have come at a better time though – my local Am-Dram group looking for a Tiny Tim for this years ‘Christmas Carol’ production. What a perfect fit he would be.

What a reckless signing he was. Good on his day perhaps but you won’t have him available for half of your games … not what you want for such a small squad of barely 20+. I bet the grey haired one is pulling his silver locks out in frustration, he did warn you.

i think its a no brainer.
Fair enough ... but then you offset the gamble with padding the squad out with replacements.

As it stands your squad is tiny, I presume one of the smallest, is not the smallest in the Championship. Which makes me question the sense of contracting a player we all knew would be out for large chunks of the season.

Calm down bannochops, no one's died (at the Lane).

Actions speak louder than words and the fact we haven't offered him a contract is a sound so loud it could wake sleeping beauty up.

Following your train of thought Wednesday endorse cowardly unprovoked criminal thuggery and perjury.

The idiotic video that Evans made was a joke!
It was all me me me and showed no remorse to his victim in any way, shape or form.

You could tell a mile away he was reading it off some kind of script board and his missus just sat at the side of him looking more out of place than a pig fan on our kop with a full United face painting.
How she still stands by him a is a mystery to a lot of folk after the way he cheated on her by raping someone.

It's her choice at the end of the day but ffs that video was a proper p!ss take to the poor lass that suffered and is still suffering.
