    What are we looking at?

I spy with my little eye...
    . a stray flip flop?
. a half used toilet roll?
. multi coloured (can I say coloured?) trainers?
    . some boxes?
    . a shonky big badge?
    . Ikea style wardrobes?
    . maroon towels?
. landing strip lights in the ceiling?
. apprentice style waiting room seats?

All very utilitarian, post-modern brutalism, flatpack IKEA. £1.75b and rising? I think they've been ripped off.

I think Addie Lalla may have left a pair of used panties as a goodbye present in cubicle 4.

And yet you don't, do you ?

You're left ruefully thinking just how different it could have been if some, just some of the millions that were rinsed through your club during its 5 minutes in the Premier League could have been re-invested in infrastructure anywhere near this standard.

And now that ship has sailed, the stable door has slammed shut, the chance has gone.

    What could have been, eh..

On the grounds that you don't have any other choices, that nothing's going to change and there's no point getting down about it, that's a very sensible attitude to adopt.
