    Tickets v Chelsea

Anyone tried to buy their ticket for Chelsea yet? Just tried, logged on as requested, tried to buy a ticket for my seat. Err No. Guess there's a ticketing problem again.

    well there's a shock.

I lost faith in the online site a long time ago. whenever I can I always try and tie a trip into town along with a visit to PP. in fairness it has improved but clearly still has problems.

Sign in first, go onto the "home tickets" page. Then on the white, oblong Derby Chelsea ticket under the little capital one sign, click on the "click here" sign which is for season ticket holders. On the next page you should find your seat no allocated to you. If you're buying for someone else as well - click on the menus across the top that say "reserved tickets"

To be fair I have had problems for a while. I sent an email on Friday to the club saying I could access some games but not others and it was doing my head in..
Also mentioned this at the recent London forum..
Thought I would send a mail to the general email address but for the attention of John Vicars and low and behold, he mailed me back and got the lads in the ticket office to sort it out.. Top man..

I think my issues were with the log in, it was letting me in but not to everything.. They reset the password and i'm back in the game.

    Really procative, very impressed.

What's the hurry? We have until the 23rd of November. Let the rush die down and reserve them in a few days time.

They've probably heard all your negativity and decided they'd prefer you not to come to any matches!
