DCFC Podcast interview with Chris Evans

I know Chris Evans has been doing few interviews this international break... but wow this is outstanding. He really goes into depth about the processes he uses for player recruitment and the changes he has made since coming in to Derby.
His passion and drive really shines through. Sounds like a top bloke and I really recommend a listen. - view external link

    A great listen – thanks!

It does show what a great job the previous bunch had done on recruitment.

Especially considering that the overall strategy was sending a newsagent up to Scotland to stay in a travelodge for a few days

I'm excited to see what they can come up with when we reach the promised land when recruitment will be the difference between survival and relegation.

Unbelievable to look at the recruitment we did when we went up with BD.

That Summer recruitment would've just about been good enough for Burton Albion!
