Thanks for the well done claw but I think its a misnomer, Burnley will not sign any foreign players as they say the scouting will cost too much, plus they claim they are planning for the future and welfare of the Club rather than spending decent brass on players (be they foreign or not) in this Country.
Things will not change with foreign players in English clubs regardless of the FA saying it will, look at the Fair Play league, a cobbled together mish mash with more holes in it than a colander, the FA just sit on their @rse and spout nonsense whenever they think they need too.
