    re: Atmosphere

    Pointless thread like the others pointless threads about singing etc.

    Like what's been said already over and over again but no ones taking notice;

    Start a song then join in, next seconds the starters shut up, it's like they only want to sing themselves.

    Some others start a song but no one joins in because it's not been started by the original fan that normally starts them (who ever that is)

    Talk about childish.

    Same with clapping starts in North then when others (mainly west) join in then North stops

    It might help if club helps out, build the atmosphere up, put a song on that gets fans going, when players are in tunnel can't they put in on screen (maybe not that's just for raking money in) so we can start singing them out.

    Get a new announcer that knows how to get fans going, the one we have is useless.

    If I wanted to sing I would join the church choir.

    Oddly I choose to go to NYS to watch football.

    Even though I've not seen much just lately.

    It was really strange yesterday but we started on the back foot as they totally bossed the game. It's a two way thing, if you come out of the traps fast, the fans will get behind you. We simply didn't look up for it and that filtered though the ground.

    Why does everybody who sit closer to the away end always complaining about the noise coming from the north stand as if it is only us that are allowed to sing and cheer the team on, its up to everyone in the ground to get behind the team and not just one stand. Either put your voice where your money is or stop slagging off the people who do sing and cheer

    I think Retsac it is possibly down to the fact that as with most clubs, fans look to the "Kop" to lead us. I sit in the West Stand and there is no chance of us getting anything meaningful going for anything other than a 15 second burst. That even, is usually off the North Stand's initiation.

    The club could help here but we need to establish our own songs - other visiting teams have them and they inspire their teams - that was evident again on Saturday. I've tried to get club help with the "New York" song but in the end I just got deflated asking. Finally, they agreed to have it pl
