    Second best

Too many games now that we are second best, teams have worked us out and by the looks of it it's not that hard to stop us playing. Norwich are very unlucky not to have 3 points today, we need a plan B cos at the moment we look very beatable by all teams. Ball control at times is conference standard and some of the passing is embarrassing, as soon as we are put under any sort of pressure we panic and crumble, we need to sharpen up again or we will lose the top two.

Give it a rest.how about you stop moaning and get behind your team.you are top two with everything to play for.norwich were unlucky?they had some bloody luck to get there second goal.the ref from five yards away missed a deliberate handball (as a forest fan it was good reffing)which led to the corner.

It was a handball but we were really poor today, Shotton needs sending back. That said Norwich's squad was ri

It's not about moaning it's about having an opinion on how we are playing lately, I'm behind my team all the way no matter what. I know we are much better than what we are playing at the moment. And yes Norwich outplayed us and if they had walked away with 3 points nobody could complain, if you want to be promoted you need consistency which we just can't seem to find at the moment.

We are too predictable in terms of tactics and vulnerable at the back. 4 points from 4 games conceding 6 since the break. The midfield struggle defensively esp when Ibe plays. He never seems to know when to come inside or when to close down which means someone else gets pulled out there and Mascarell has too much to do esp if their forward drops back into midfield - as always happens.
Think Dawkins should have started today. We need to be within 5 points of second spot come end of Jan. Not guaranteed unless we strengthen at the back. Shotton is the least commanding centre back we have.

I suspect 3 televised games in a week has some part to play. I also believe that McC has lost sight of his best team:

    - Shotton is weaker than Buxton
    - Hughes and Bryson should always play in midfield
    - Mascarell flatters to deceive; we really miss Eustace who makes us firmer around the belly of the side.

Our results of late have been less than satisfactory. We are going into a very busy Christmas schedule. I suspect McC will be thinking hard on what has gone wrong lately.

Harsh call on Mac, couldn't disagree more:

Buxton is suspended, I'm pretty sure he'd have kept his place otherwise.

Hughes was pretty poor when he came on today, had a stinker.

Bryson went off injured, after spending the majority of the game chasing shadows.

Mascerall actually had a good game today, with little support from Bryson, Hughes and Hendrick in front of him. How many times did Norwich go through the middle of us? I can't remember any. We were
