Martinez fumes at Cisse elbow.


Everton manager insists Papiss Cisse was "unacceptable" and attempted to "hurt" Seamus Coleman after the Newcastle striker elbowed the Irishman during the Toffees' 3-2 defeat at St James' Park.

The incident happened with Everton leading 1-0 in the first-half, but referee Craig Pawson did not see the altercation inside the area.

Cisse equalised a minute later for Newcastle on their way to victory, leaving Martinez fuming at the Senegalese striker.

Martinez told Sky Sports: "The view is clearly that this is unacceptable, that an action like that goes unpunished.

"You get a situation where everyone is fighting for their position, all in control, and it's a clear elbow to try and hurt someone.

"Those are not actions we want to see on a football pitch. And the referee should have seen it."

Martinez has even bigger problems with his own side at present, losing three on the trot in the Premier League to leave the club with just 21 points after
