In the correct setting, Pimms is a fine drink.
L&L should have stayed in the 70s.
Nice one Pents you've picked on probably the only person who can't drink lager, or beer for that matterOriginally Posted by Pentridge
In fact I wouldn't want to drink lager anyway.
I do like a nice pint of blackcurrant & lemonade though, or as we used to call it in Bridgend Pop & Black
Don't drink larger with Lime.
Never had Pimms and couldn't imagine ordering it so I'll take you word for it.
.. and to add another into the mix (as it were) I can't stand Gin either.
Disliking any alcoholic drink is a bit gay if you ask me. I'm enjoying a can of Special Brew with lime and a Babycham chaser.
You gayers
Larger and Lime. Blimey that brings back memories of misspent ****age years along with another abomination, Light and Bitter - used to think I was well hard ordering a pint when about 14 or 15.
As some of you know I do like my real Ale. But tonight its a very decent whisky and a cigar.
I wish they had it at St Marys, might mask the taste of the piss they sell now. What has happened to the catering ? The higher we go; the lower it goes
Back in Lordswood in 78-79 Larger and Black was the mans drink, or so I thought! I can't imagine drinking anythink with blackcurrant in it now. It used to make my tounge swell and I couldn't talk properly, or was that the alchohol??? Unsure!
Unless it's Tsingtao, Singha, Tiger, Modelo or similar, then I'd probably prefer the lime to the horrible eurofizz that passes for a 'lager' these days.
