Seems like Sam might have put his foot down. Good footwork if so.

It does seem rather strange him signing Shotton, Bent and now this ex Chelsea lad if he's about to jump ship, this is something you'd perhaps do out of spite like at forest for instance but clearly non exists here so it all suggests he's staying, also someone has to rubberstamp these signings i.e. Rush so I would imagine he's already had a word in McClarens ear before he signed any of these new guys

[quote="Rattea"]Stenson on balance I don't think he has improved the club or delivered on the provisos he was apparently brought in to do. His signings have been nothing short of poor or not that good to date.

If he leaves then shows his true colours tbh.

If a manager is not taking a club forward regardless of who they are should they be retained?

Comparing burley to McClaren when they left there is no comparison for example.

Southern being a poster and a mod his not interconnection if you look it up.

If you read the article the writer is speculating at the statement from McClaren. If you actually read it the quote is anything but the headline statement.

And I couldn't give a flying monkey if you like what I post or not I'm not about to jump on the happ

But that's your opinion and your entitled to it, I have mine and others have theirs. Sometimes people promise things that ultimately are undeliverable, things can conspire against him, owners pull the rug and halve the budget yet our first port of call is the manager and he's the one that gets it in the neck from us.

I don't quite know what promises your referring to, maybe you can furnish us on here as to what they were, personally I think he's doing a cracking job even if he has sold us short.

Your just waiting on McClaren to fail, you don't for the life of you want him to succeed as it'll blow your argument out of the water, in your eyes if McClaren doesn't win us promotion then he's failed,

Guy's Rattea is a WUM please just ignore him! This site would be so much better without the responses to his inane posts.

If people did just ignore him then whose responses would you like and who's posts would you troll then?
