    However, Clough when he came. Didn't have the financial pressure on his head or the clubs, like we have now.
    Those days have gone.

    OK then, I'll relent, we stick with him.
    May I ask what plan B will be, when we-
    a.get relegated

    The thing with NC is POL, he was forced into a financial straight jacket and had to do all the dirty work.
    No pressure from owners, just the crowd screaming. HE GOT ON WITH IT.
    Just as the squad is 95% ready, he gets the push.
    Now MaClaren, is a better tactician than Clough, but could he have built a better squad?
    I don't think he could.
    Some folks have forgotten already about the absolutely awful signings he made here, that crippled us.
