Given our ability to attract 30,000 fans, I see no reason why with the right management at Board level we can't become a steady mid to upper table premier league team.
We surely must be able to compete with the likes of Swansea, Southampton, Stoke?

Absolutely no reason why not. And we're on the right path, barring any changes of management! Even if Steve did go, I think there are many suitable candidates to carry on the progress.
Let's try and get there first eh!!![]()
Listen, we know exactly where we're sitting at Wembley.

Can you remember when Ipswich got to the Play offs 5 years on the trot?!
I think they made it eventually and then finished near the top of the Prem the year after, qualifying for Europe and I think Uncle George got Manager of the Year. As I remember it, they then made a total **** of it and got relegated the next season, Burley being sacked during the freefall.
In football, anything can happen.
The ball is round.
You are getting carried away now Swale. We are a similar size club as West Ham.
We can fill the ground for odd games but so can other clubs. It's filling the majority of the seats every week that counts. Especially when prices increase.
If you take a closer look at other clubs you will see after the first couple of seasons in the PL attendances reduce and then plateau and we will babble about the upper 20k to 30k mark as an average.
The monotony of playing for next to nothing each week and not being able to compete with the top clubs has its effect.
Look at teams like Stoke, WBA, Fulham, etc never needed to increase capacity after the first few seasons and have made no attempt.
