    Jordan Clarke

It seems we are now looking at right back Jordan Clarke from Coventry City after giving up on Richard Brindley.

Twenty three years old and 6ft 0 in. Clarke has 125 appearances for the Sky Blues and 5 on loan at Yeovil this season. Good reports for him from there and they would like him back but looks like we may get him.

Medical today but a shame the deal won't be concluded in time to make him available for Walsall. A good signing on the face of it.

It appears the delay and the reason for only a part medical being done today is that he needs a few more days for a hamstring injury to completely clear up.

A two and a half year deal. I hope he continues the form he showed at Yeovil. It seems he was not in great form at the end of his time with Coventry although he was often played out of position by Steven Pressley.
