    Every single team that has ever been promoted could ask the same thing!! There is always players that could "make the step up" and always tge others who could possibly think they might be on the way out if the team did go up. The whole team wants to do the best they can regardless... Otherwise what's the point!?!?

    Is motivation or organisation more important?
