Thread: INS AND OUTS

    INS AND OUTS

Surely it is time for Barraclough to tell certain players to speak to their agents as they are not part of his plans. He has seen who is capable and who is not. There will always be loan deals and players without a club who are better than what we have - who would be hungry and grateful for the opportunity to show what they can do.If he does not have contacts or an idea of who is available then maybe this is not the job for him. I was looking at signings Gannon made for us earlier today - no superstars or egos - just hungry players from lower leagues who were grateful for the opportunity. There are too many players at Fir Park who think they are better than they are - time to get rid!

Why cant we have a fans/players meeting say at the free weekend so the players can get the full picture of how the fans are feeling.IB would also get the chance to tell the fans what his plans and ideas are for the future and listen to any suggestions that can help the team and the club move forward. The CYNIC in me says that this would never happen

I honestly hope IB can dig us out this hole clear out all the £hite from here to the summer and build his own team I think given a chance we would be back on track no question.

It doesn't help the fact that 16 or so are out on contract look like they couldn't give flying fek and the others who will be staying ie Lasley and co are past there sell by date.We honestly need a whole new squad the midfield is utter disgrace the reason we are head high in horse£hite every week!Sutton doesn't go from banging them in to scoring about 4 goals to this point in the season,The defence don't go from being fairly tight to letting 3-5 goals in game it's because the midfield just don't turn up for every game.

If there was a murder we should sign whoever committed it as they would be the best attacker in Motherwell colours this season.SORRY

It would be great if we could get someone in who could be an on-field leader. There is not a single one at the club. We miss Craigan/Jennings for this. Neither was the greatest player in the world but they showed some dignity and self respect and booted some backsides when needed on the park. There is not a single player at the club who shows any leadership qualities and we badly need that type of player right now.

Good grief! There's some fantasy nonsense getting spouted here.

It's just not as simple as some on here would think for the club/manager to simply say "GTF yer p1sh" and then just go and buy new players. There are the minor though staringly obvious barriers of contractual obligation, lack of budget resource and employment law.

To terminate a contract early in the way people describe here, it costs money. The same money that would be used to pay the player until the end of the contract or a negotiated settlement near to that sum. Either way, it doesn't free up any capital for new signings.

Given how gash our squad has been, I don't anticipate any ***y offers coming in for any of them and if you were one of them, would you agree to cut yourself loose without getting what you believed entitled?

I know emotions are high but JESUS guys!!??!!

With regards having a fans/players forum or a fan doing the team talk?

Why don't we add 'everyone gets a free ride in Willy Wonkas glass elevat

Sorry but in the REAL world you have to listen to your cutomers or you get left behind, something that seems to happen more and more at our club nobody is willing to listen. But eventually you lose your customers and then it is too late.

errr nae offence mate but since august 2013 when have the defence ever been fairly tight ... they have been utterly shocking for a season and a half now.
