    Home Alone?

During the pre match warm up I was little concerned about the apparent absence of any support staff for Fowler. This was even more highlighted by the number that Hibs had but I saw no Assistant Manager, Sports Scientist or Goalkeeping Coach putting the players through their paces and only Fowler himself. Are there issues behind the scenes or are we just not professional enough for this level of football? Please discuss!

It has been mentioned before about lack of support for JF but to criticise JT for doing the job he's employed to do is wrong. JT has been helping out JF until he gets his own staff in, which obviously is proving to be no easy task.

One division below Queens the top scorer is there as player coach for his club. Why not sign him? Solves the striker and coaching question in 1 move.

I understand that someone reponded in a separate thread when the same player was suggested previously. However has the player in question been approached for his opinion on the subject?

    Just a thought.

No criticism of JT intended the man is a legend but something is not right. We did come across as unprofessional yesterday at the pre-match warm up compared against Hibs.

I also commented to friends on the absence of these "key" backroom staff yesterday and wondered if it was of any significance or perhaps just coincidence. At the last two games Burnsy appeared to be taking a more active role in pre-match and in the dugout. Could he be in line for the assistant manager/coaches job?

The assistant manager situation is a joke IMO .

Big Jim has a job to do with the commercial team . He CAN'T do both .

The Holywood Trust help pay his wages I believe . If he's not doing his school visits & commercial job because he's too busy elsewhere then I can't see them being happy !!!!

If he is doing it , then he's not helping out as an assistant manager . Fowler needs somebody there all the time to help out . Simples
