Just to put our play-off hopes into perspective, we are now 16 points off a play-off spot. In League 1, Leyton Orient are just 14 points off the nearest play-off position.

Yes, Leyton Orient, who are bottom of League 1, have a better chance of getting promoted this season than us.

Play-Offs are gone. It was always going to be difficult after the start to the season. We should be looking to finish as high as possible and get some confidence to go into next season. Be good to see Lennon blood some more youngsters in the coming games

Sometimes you get lucky, and the gap between top and bottom is very slim, meaning the difference between relegation strugglers and play-off chasers is a few wins.

That was definitely the case in Freedman's first season when we went from 20th to 7th in the space of a couple months. I think it's considerably less open this season.

In terms of form, people just get so carried away when a new manager comes in and has a honeymoon period, it's like it's the end of the world when it ends and it's back to reality.

In a way, it's a curse that Lennon had such a brilliant start because instead of being pleased that we've got an excellent chance of staying up, we're disappointed that we probably won't make the play-offs.

For me, nothing has really changed. We've not been playing much differently in the last few weeks to how we were playing when Lennon first came in. We've obviously been conceding more goals in the last few weeks but there were a number matches earlier on where we were lucky
