Be honest how many did you eat?
I had 4 with sugar and lemon juice.

I havent bothered with it for some years now but I always loved them with a fair sprinkling of sugar and a mad lashing of either squeezed lemon or orange juice.
Pancake day used to mean people doing a lot of tossing in the kitchen, and then they would all go and make pancakes for tea of course
