I'm renting my apartment in The City

I've decided to live across the other side of the San Francisco Bay for a while, to have a more relaxing and peaceful home environment.

So, my city apartment is up for rent. $6700/month is the rent, or about £4500/month. Thought I'd give my pals here on the forum first shot at it, in case you fancy living in San Francisco for a bit. If no one is interested I'll likely rent it to one of those young google or facebook employees who are driving up the rents here.

It's South of Market, actually. A real hipster neighborhood full of trendy hip young people like me.

Where is the nearest cable car stop sam? Or trams as us Brits call them. Is it 16th street?

All the cable car lines run north of market, Trix. Closest one would be at the bottom of Powell, near Union Square, about a dozen or so city blocks from the apartment. There are muni stops near by.

Can I stop in it rent free for a couple of weeks if I can get a cheap flight over there,my sister has a caravan in Cleethorpes if you fancy an exchange kind of deal...

You have to drive through Grimsby to get to Cleethorpes and the last time that I went there i decided to stop and have a look around,my advice to you is to keep going onto Cleethorpes if you take up the offer...
