Top of the league.
Same type of response that the idiots on our board get slaughtered for.

    Different club... same moronic response.

You all give it the big 'un and yet call us arrogant

    You're a joke!
So you see no difference between saying it after a few games vs being consistently there coming in the March? Interesting. As soon as you lose you'll vanish again, you know it.
No, we were accused of arrogance a few years ago when we turned WBA over, at the end of January to go level on points with Newcastle.

Not just about 1 season, it's about the hyposcrisy of when the roles are reversed.

I said on a post in the last day or two, you are the best team in the division, doesn't mean that 3/4 of the posters are here aren't idiots a

Not as embarrassing as your grasp of the English language.

But back on topic, the people that were predicting 3,4 or 5 nil against Fulham don't seem to have responded on this subject.
not that I predicted those scorelines but to answer your question seriously, that's before we knew thorne was out.

does he make that much of a difference? you bet your backside he does. I doubt many people were that confident knowing he was injured.
Honestly, that's your excuse, after the sh*t we've had over people claiming our results are due to key players being injured.

I predicted 4 for us I think, although I did say I was always wrong.

I predicted a 2-0 defeat to Wolves and we won that 5-0, is that a problem for you?. So what if I feel a little optimistic from time to time, Forest were fairly optimistic for promotion back in August. Sometimes things don't go to plan.
If you're asking if I prefer humble modesty to over confident disrespect, then yes I do.

I dislike it when our fans do it, I dislike it when big club fans like Man U, Chelsea, etc do it and I dislike it when you do.

When we do it, we get an influx of Rams, so s

Far too many Derby fans think we'll batter anyone outside top ten, especially after a few wins on the bounce. And just as many think we're prem class after a few wins and mid table also-rans after a defeat.

    Poor one today. It happens.

We seem to like to lose to the teams with big players that are having a poor season, so I wasn't too surprised yesterday.

As other teams are showing, it'll be a tight old race and the team that holds its bottle and stays consistent will do it. If we can follow every defeat with a few wins or 4 or 5 without losing then we'll be ok IMO

Ramondo, you are absolutely right, it is my problem.

But let me be clear what I am doing is not preaching about overconfidence, I have no real problem with that.

On such forums you have posts of ridiculous bullishness, some of unbelievable pessimism and some people who swing from one to the other based on the last result (the latter group often describing supporting ‘their club’ as being like a rollercoaster, well it would be if you’re schizophrenic!)

My issue is that most Ram fans seem to genuinely believe that arrogance is a Nottingham Forest condition, all I am trying to do, is to highlight, when it happens, that all teams are as guilty.

Basically it boils down to, you think us arrogant, I think of you as hypocrites – plenty of evidence of both side of that!!
