Hey Blueseys. Long time no post. I read today about your astonishing fight back. That's one of those things that last in the memory banks. The closest I remember from Villa was being 2-0 down at home to Barcelona and we scored in the 84th and 88th minutes.

ps do you think you will stay up I have seen on a few occasions clubs getting to the FA Cup final at Wembley and getting relegated in the same season its happened a few times of late

Bolt, we're Villa we can do anything, but we can't do anything easily or the way the fans want it, so I expect a bumpy fingernail biting rest of the season tinged with disappointment and optimism.

...and so I confess to having a soft spot for the majority of Villans; perhaps because of my godfathers allegiance, whose offer I managed to refuse.

I was pleased you won the European Cup and cheered you on to no avail at the last proper Wembley Final.

That said, I'm not sure Sherwood had Sir Gary's Midas touch. You were lucky against the Baggies. Sure Sinclairs goal was a gem but it would have made no odds had your opposition taken their chances.

I wish you luck, but I think you will need more than that to avoid the drop.
