haha, typical gm post, and i genuinely liked it!!

For what it's worth, i enjoy both sites, for different reasons, i know i can use this site as a front, to vent my spleen, to take the Pi** and wind people up, some may have noticed this! on the other site, much more relaxed where i can actually post my real thoughts, with no edge or argument, it's actually a refreshing difference from here, but what's the point in having two samey boards, really?

About the biggest o/t thread on there with 35 posts, is one slating this site .

Reminds me a bit of a corner of a pub tap room, where you always get half o dozen blokes sat putting the world to rights.

The move was inevitable because on this site the mods fiddled while Rome was burning.

Exeter did not like racism, abuse, swearing, homophobia, inconsistent moderating and threats of violence...so clearly this site was not for him.

An interesting fact about Banter..is..if the IQs of its 170 members are added up then the total number is higher than adding up the IQs on here.

Don't worry though as I'm on both sites...Are you all following Afren?...Fraud squad now in!..The share that continues to give...Still a stonking sell.

Au contraire mon amie, I do still post on here occasionally, not as often as I used to admittedly but there are interesting and entertaining posters on MM that I do like to read. I stand by those comments, however - think back to the hounding of Zilzal recently for daring to offer opinions different form the masses - pretty unseemly and uncalled for and this is happening on a more regular basis. It's just banter init? No, it's inane rubbish.

The best thing about Banter is the people who have been longing to return to a forum where respect is given to other poster/ees.

Please remember though that it is and never has been a mods intention to force people to swear, be racist or ***ist. I am aware of none who visit peoples houses and force them to do any of them things stated.

People have gone too far and apart from this site being shut down for a period to allow people to gage the loss then these things will keep happening.

So its MillersMad for some spirit and lively debate or the milk is on the pan for the Horlicks over on Banter.

We can't change what is happening .n FootyMad Land.
