Quite agree with the comments made but I can't really complain as I just have a look about 10 mins a day and if nothing seems to need a comment I shut off. I'm not one of these sitting with fingers poised all day,too much to do in retirement, don't know where I found the time to go to work !!!
I enjoy the light-hearted O/T threads, but in the past some have suggested that it is akin to cancer. Fortunately things have quieted down in that area, but some still twice before deciding to post nothing.
Live and let live is a great expression. We have had too many people dictating what is and isn't acceptable on this board. The rules are quite clear and as long as a posting or thread is within those rules is all that should matter.
I believe that some people are reluctant to start a new thread, or maybe even make a comment in case they get shouted down by the few that think they can dictate what is acceptable - well, now that we are fast moving in the direction of 'Watford Mad', perhaps those few can finally realise the damage they have done to what was once a vibrant site.
I prefer the press maxim of 'Publish and be damned'.

This board used to have a good mix of Wolves threads, O/T's, general football threads and banter threads.
I've been slated recently for O/T's and threads directed at the unwashed but it won't deter me in the future. My choice what

My point exactly. Well said Newcy!
All the Footymad forums seem to be going the same way. Look at West Ham.
