    McClaren. If true..

    I am bitterly disappointed in him if this is indeed true.

    He was given a job here when nobody else wanted to touch him. He has been given money to build the team, has been given backing all round from the club and supporters and it seems he shows no loyalty. This is surprising given his long association with the club.

    He and the club should confirm this impending deal now, IF true. That is only fair to keep the fans informed.

    Again,IF true, I think he should step down now.

    So can you provide your source or evidence that shows the ' MacClaren to Newcastle' stuff is true???

    If not this is yet another unnecessary negative post.

    Given what he has done for us and the team performances until end of Feb, don't you think he deserves some credit?

    Of course he deserves some credit for what he has done (last few games being the exception). All I am saying is, if a deal

    At the moment looks like he's took a rising and maturing team run under tight financial constraints and good togetherness. And turned it into a hotch potch and inconsistent team whilst blowing the finances on inadequate players!

    OTR its a job nothing more but I would expect other teams to see this and if he does move this to be exposed further. It's probably the best time for him to make a move as its win win for him.

    Thought you might need some help to continue your Clough love-in, so these directions are straight from google:

    Derby -> Brammall Lane

    Take Derwent St, Nottingham Rd and Eastgate to Sir Frank Whittle Rd/A61 in England
    2 min (0.8 mi)
    Take A38, M1, A617 and A61 to Bramall Ln/A621 in Sheffield
    51 min (38.8 mi)
    Bramall Lane

    Enjoy yourself when you get there - no need to send a postcard as you won't be missed...
