I can tell you emphatically that Sam Rush is not going to Newcastle. He and his family are settled in Derby, Sam has great ambitions still for Derby County and Sam's son has just got into the Academy in the under 12's. As regards McClaren going to Newcastle, there have been no dealings between the Clubs whatsoever.

So all Mac needs to do is say I'm NOT going to Newcastle instead of talking like a politician. Easy really isn't it.

To be fair, he's not going to do that because he is obviously not going to close a door...just in case. No manager would. He has scars from football and it's a short career.

Theres some utter ******** being posted based on what? Nothing at all - as for McClaren for me he said there had been no contact and he had a job to finish at Derby, that was a s much as he needed to say IMO - hey but we love to undermine, slag off and generally stick the boot in when things aint so rosy, even though we are still in the play offs!!!

As for Buxton, he is ****ing injured FFS!

Honestly can't believe some of the crap that is posted on this forum at times, mainly from the Rat. For a set of fans that gave negative Nigel 5 years, some of you don't half turn on a manager that will probably lead us to two play off finishes in 2 years. It's sad really.

He only has to say I'm Derby manager until Derby decide otherwise. He hasn't because he is going. He could of closed it down weeks ago but chose not to.

There is no need to have a go at other fans (not you Ella) because they can see the wood for the trees.
