Typical boring stereotypical jibe.bet you have missed stalking me havnt you.i aimed this post at nicky not you or stenny who has got his season all wrong.
Face it boys the rat man got it right
Rat got **** all right, in fact his last prediction is that we would scrape in the play offs and fluke promotion!!!

Hey the facts are we blew it, but then from a fans perspective its nice to be challenging for promotion two seasons in a row, why even Nigel achieved your lots last two league positions on a fraction of the wage and transfer budget!

Have you not seen the table? We finished 8th I bet your looking forward in eager anticipation for next season with Deadly Doug steering the ship with his run in 2 points from a possible 24.
I love this have you seen the table argument.

Let's go back 2 seasons ago and look at the table on the last day. Forest needed to beat Leicester at home to make the play-offs but alas lost in the dying embers.

Derby finished below us, but guess what was the argument then?

You don't qualify/get promoted from 8th place plus who has the Clough trophy?

2 years on, it seems things have changed. 8th place is a huge achievement having been in the mix until the last day and winning the Clough trophy is no big deal now.

But 2 years ago, it was akin to winning the CL.

Fair enough, lets face it, you have precious little else to post about, so you ahve to get your kicks where you can, shame its not about the performance of your team 17 pts below us!

Come on swale, you've been around the block a few times and would know finishing 7th, 8th or higher than any other team through 21st place means squat in this league.

Burnley narrowly avoided relegation and then the next stormed up to the Prem. Where was Boro or Bournemouth last season?

Can you safely say that next year will be yours, or that we'll be down to Tier 3?

As far as it goes, we both ended the season as also rans and that, only that is the fact that will be recorded in history.

From guaranteed top six finish to 8th position must hurt real bad but what will hurt you more than that is having to admit you haven't seen any progression this season under mcclaren which means you have to admit Rattea was right.
Now that must hurt like hell.
Don't try and spin it facts are you finished 3rd last year and made the playoff final, this year you finished 8th after mcclaren has spent more than clough did in his 5years.
