    Did Blackpool fans cost their team for next season?

    That pitch invasion might see a hefty deduction of points for the start of next season.

    They could well be joining Pompey in the 4th tier.

    were too busy crucifying our own team to worry about Blackpool all im pleased is the thugs of millwall got what they deserved.

    A bit daft really. It doesn't take a rocket science to realise that if you disrupt a game then there is a significant risk the club will get punished for it for failing to control the fans.

    Protest outside, or stop going to the games.

    If nobody went then the owners would have no alternative to sell. Of course, that could lead to the club going under but that could happen anyway.

    Strange that the Oyston family were quite acceptable as owners when they were getting promoted, even though the playing budget was tiny.

    Actually going under is sometimes the only way to get rid of an unpopular owner. There is always a queue to buy a club at market value. It was not so long ago that Leicester went bust and look where they are now. It's even better when the owner suffers the financial loss and not other creditors.
